| The QBall | | | | | | | | Date: Saturday, October 2nd 2010
Venue: Burlington Hotel, Dublin
Entertainment: Smash Hits’ followed by a DJ and then the legendary after party!!!
Price: 140 euros per person (1,400 per table of 10) which includes a drinks reception followed by 4 course dinner and shed loads of wine (Same as last year!)
This year all proceeds will go directly to keeping the outreach programme going. Our 2 outreach workers travel the country visiting our members in their own homes and encourage them to begin the difficult journey back towards an active life as wheelchair users. 120,000 euro is needed to keep them on the road full time. The Q Ball hopes to raise 75,000 euro. If we reach that figure we may be able to fund a third outreach worker in 2011.

| | | | Did you know... | | | If you donate a minimum of €250.00 during the year to us (that's just €21 per month!) and you pay income tax exclusively through the PAYE system, the value of your donation to Spinal Injuries Ireland can be increased dramatically and IT WILL COST YOU NOTHING - SERIOUSLY! Here's how it works - SII can claim an extra 25% of the value of your donations if you pay income tax at the standard rate of 20%, while we can claim an extra 69% if you pay tax at the higher rate of 41%. All of this at no extra cost to you.
So PLEASE make sure you let us know what type of tax payer you are (if you are self employed the benefit is to you).
