Face-to-Face Fundraiser (Private Sites – Part-time)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Face-to-Face Fundraiser to work on a part-time basis (2 days per week) on approved private sites such as supermarkets and shopping centres. This is a frontline fundraising role (not a team leader position) focused on engaging the public and securing regular giving supporters for SII.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage members of the public on private sites to raise awareness of SII’s work
• Secure regular giving sign-ups in a professional, compliant manner
• Represent Spinal Injuries Ireland positively and ethically at all times
• Clearly communicate SII’s mission and impact
• Accurately complete donor sign-ups in line with GDPR
• Follow all site-specific rules, fundraising codes and SII procedures

Person Specification

Essential:

• Confident, outgoing communicator
• Comfortable approaching members of the public
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable:

• Previous face-to-face fundraising, sales or customer-facing experience
• Interest in disability advocacy or community-based work
