Volunteering Opportunities
House to home volunteering
We are looking for teams of up to 12 volunteers, 3 or 4 times a year, to help our service users with basic household maintenance, including cleaning, painting & gardening.
Before or after returning home, our service users may need their garden tidied and their house cleaned, or just a some fresh paint. We would be thrilled if you and your colleagues would volunteer some time to help make their home more comfortable.
Event volunteering
SII hold several events during the year. They are only made possible with the help of volunteers. If you are free for our events and interested in taking part please let us know.
Fundraising and collections volunteering
Collections volunteering. We hold some on-street and at-event collections. The more volunteers we have the higher the donations we can potentially collect to support our service users.
