The Keynote Address by Mr Keith Synnott, National Clinical Lead for Trauma Services will take place at 7pm followed by the AGM

1. Approval of previous minutes;
2. CEO’s report;
3. Audited Annual Accounts and Auditors Report for the year ended 2020;
4. Retirement of Directors;
5. Election of Directors, including special resolution to re-elect Eimear Smith for a 4th consecutive term;
6. Any other business.
