CES Community Get Together

We are delighted to be supporting the Cauda Equina Syndrome Facebook Support Group organising an in-person get together in Athlone.
The afternoon session runs from 1.30pm to 5pm and is free to attend.
1.30pm Light lunch of sandwiches, tea and coffee
2.00pm Coloplast nurse will be in attendance to give advice, answer questions and demonstrate products
2.45pm Sharing Your Story Session – this is an opportunity to share your story, ask questions and share information and tips
3.30pm A wellness session with Karen Stokes. Karen Stokes is a wellness facilitator trained in child and adult wellness education. Karen specialises in gentle but effective wellness techniques designed to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, fears, anger, and trauma.
4.30pm End of afternoon session
There is also the option to make a night of it and stay for dinner and/or overnight at a supplement. There will definitely be a bit of craic to be had.
A two course dinner of main course and dessert will cost €29 per person.
Overnight in a single room, bed and breakfast will cost €150 per person.
Overnight sharing in a double or twin room will cost €100 per person.
