Stress Management – for Family and Friends of people with an SCI 7

This is Week 7 of a series of talks on Stress Management for family members, friends and carers of people with a spinal cord injury. The series runs for 7 weeks and you are free to attend all seven or just the ones that suit you. Each talk is stand alone but people will benefit from doing the entire course.
