Happy Valentine’s Day to all our lovely service users. With love and Spring in the air and the country opening up again, hopefully everyone’s spirits are on the up.
However, If you are feeling low or lonely please get in touch with us. We have our virtual catch ups on Wednesday evenings and we have had such positive feedback from those. See below for what groups are on which week or check out our Events Calendar on the website. To register just click on the link of the one you wish to attend on the events calendar. We also send a reminder email a few days before to the relevant group.

Research Programme – Fitness Apps
Researchers from the NRH and University of Limerick would like to hear from wheelchair users with spinal cord injuries about their experiences with fitness apps. To take part in the research you would have to be willing to be interviewed by phone or Microsoft Teams.
