Medical Card Survey

Following on from the visit of The Minster for Disabilities, Finian McGrath, Spinal Injuries Ireland are conducting a survey to provide him with up to date statistics on the impact of a lack of automatic entitlement to the medical card for people with Spinal Cord Injury.  The results of this survey will be forwarded to the Minister and his staff following two meetings with SII and the Minister’s office, as well as the Ministers’ attendance at the SII AGM in October 2016.

We would greatly appreciate your participation in this survey in order to strengthen our campaign that people with Spinal Cord Injury should have automatic entitlement to a medical card.

The survey is relevant to both those who are and are not currently in receipt of the medical card.  The survey has 10 questions and will take approximately 5 minutes of your time. The closing date for this will be November 20th.
