    Hello

I would like to connect with others who are suffering with either pre or postop CE syndrome.

in 2012 I had an emergency op for CE Syndrome and now 10 years later I am being recommended Spinal fusion surgery to help me to hopefully regain some more ability and live a less pain fill life.

I am self-employed and pursue and active mobile life and so far have not had to use any wheelchair or stick type aide.

My hope here is that I can reach other similar suffers and discuss with them my experience and learn theirs too, so as to provide support going forward and share knowledge .

    Hi Rory

My name is Gabriel. I have CES post surgery 19 months ago. I walk without aids but only for a short time as the pain builds in intensity the longer I am on my feet. I have difficulty sitting also as the pain builds. Reclining and lying down are my only relief. I am on pain meds but they only take the edge off.  I have been unable to return to work since the surgery. I am happy to discuss both yours and my journeys in the hope of gaining or imparting knowledge and support.

    Gabriel.
